Amanda Evans - Director
Amanda has more than 14 years experience in operational and strategic HR across a diverse range of industries, including retail, wholesale, service, manufacturing and hospitality. Passionate about HR, Amanda is accessible and approachable, providing hands-on support, advice and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for every client. Amanda holds a Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resources Management) from RMIT and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne.
Bill Faull - Director
Bill is a respected marketer and manager with more than 15 years experience in the sports and event-management industries. Bill is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the business and is very hands-on in all areas, in particular employment & policy documentation and HR legal & compliance matters.
Nerea Huidobro - HR Consultant
Nerea has worked in the human resources management field for over 10 years. She has a strong background in operational and strategic HR and has worked at senior management levels. Nerea is passionate about making a positive change in the workplace and enjoys working closely with staff at all levels. Nerea offers genuine HR support to every client. Nerea has a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Human Resources) from Monash University.
Olivia Sack - Organisational Psychologist
Olivia has spent the past 10 years working in general human resources and psychological consulting within the banking, FMCG, sales, recruitment and consulting industries. She has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, job and competency profiling, development of competency frameworks and performance management systems. Olivia has a keen interest in career management and enjoys working with individuals to identify their strengths, values and motivations.
Julie Sattler - Recruitment Consultant
Julie has over 30 years experience in the recruitment industry. She has recruited a wide range of permanent roles in a variety of industries including, corporate, small business, independent schools, government, manufacturing and legal. Julie is a Fellow and Life Member of the RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association). She is a member of the Association's Professional Practice Council and has been a Victorian Councillor and National Board Member previously.
