Bullying is the repeated & unreasonable verbal, physical, social or psychologically aggressive behaviour that is intended to cause harm, distress or fear.
Bullying is not mutual conflict, such as an argument or a disagreement.
Harassment is unwanted behaviour that offends, humiliates or intimidates a person, and targets them on basis of characteristics such as gender or age.
Harassment is not setting realistic standards of performance and holding people accountable.
